Why this youtube vlog video deserves an imdb page?

I came across this page while browsing Black Panther imdb page because it had reference entry in connections page.

I looked into it and it's just a youtube vlog video like millions of other vlog videos uploaded to youtube every day. It's clear that it's added to imdb just to fish some clicks and views using the popularity of this movie.
I really wonder what makes it deserve an imdb page? I think this is abusing imdb for some views and clicks.
Thousands and millions of vlog videos are uploaded to youtube every day. Can we make an imdb page for them too?
You can find thousands of "review" videos for this movie on youtube and you can find hundreds or thousands of "rant" or "reaction" videos like this one. Why this one should have an imdb page?

Can I just talk to camera for 5 minutes and upload it to youtube and then make an imdb page for it and fill it with reference entries to all the popular movies atm? Are things that easy?

It is probably eligible, but it does seem a bit thin, as a single individual is credited for the entire production. (I'd expect more.) Is it an episode of a series or is it a "special"? It might be a good idea to just bundle all of Derrick Pilot's rants into episodic series classification, but only if they have a common main title. And, yeah, it is fairly easy to get a new title approved for inclusion in the IMDb. Is there anything you made which you want listed?
