Why was my credit card charged twice, previous 2 months, although I did not opted for IMDbPro?

Although, I did not opted for the IMDbPro, my credit card was charged twice, without my approval. I've an IMDb profile. I want my money refunded and close my IMDbPro subscription. Please, help!

For any billing issues, go to the IMDb Contact Us page. Click the following buttons on that page:

IMDbPro Member Questions -> (Select an issue) Billing/Payments -> (Select issue details) Why charged again -> E-mail

In the Enter additional information box, provide the information on your billing issue in private. You will receive a response from an IMDb representative via e-mail within 24-48 hours.
