Although, I did not opted for the IMDbPro, my credit card was charged twice, without my approval. I've an IMDb profile. I want my money refunded and close my IMDbPro subscription. Please, help!

In the Enter additional information box, provide the information on your billing issue in private. You will receive a response from an IMDb representative via e-mail within 24-48 hours.
