Why was the title of Nightmare Shark changed?

Nightmare Shark has been renamed to Curse of the Dream Witch. This is incorrect. The title "Nightmare Shark" can be seen on screen. You can watch the movie at https://www.syfy.com/syfymovies/videos/201801-nightmare-shark and see the title card at 1:24:01. Or here is a picture of it.
