Why do all my submission say "Not ready to be submitted"

This month I have been doing a lot of submitting of quotes to both Friends 1971 and Paul and Michelle 1974. Over the last several weeks, everything has been posted but I noticed about 4 or 5 pesky spelling errors or unclear stage directions.  I ignored waiting two weeks, and sent submissions piece-meal so that I had about 9 submission.  But when I saw no change in the posts, I went to my submission history and found that it said "this submission is not ready to submit to the editors, etc.  Getting confused and frustrated, I deleted all the submission for both movies.  I do not think any of my submission got submitted to the editors because it says so.  For each movie, I went to its main page of quotes and I carefully corrected everything on one page for Friends 1971 and Paul and Michelle 1974 and submitted them.  The two submissions popped up in my submission history saying This has already been submitted, and This submission is not ready to be submitted to the editors.  Also, it said "This batch may not be submitted until June 30.  Today is June 16.  Is the problem that I must wait until June 30 and resubmit only these last two submissions again?  I can't resubmit any of the others because I deleted them from my submission history.  What to do?  There are only five or seven minor corrections to be made for the Friends 1971 quotes to be perfect and two errors in Paul and Michelle 1974 and they are all contain in my last two submissions.  What do do?
