I've been an IMDB user for a long time, my account is registered and verified. Why doesn't "member since..." appear below my name when I post?

Thanks. Sorry to be obtuse, but how do I go about inquiring beyond posting here, do you know? Obviously it is no big deal, but I am really curious to know why I am the ONLY poster who lacks this label.
Did you directly create that account back in 2005? or did you change your name multiple times?

I think I changed my name once or twice, but not in a long time.
I think the registration information got lost along the way....that is if you had that info from the beginning....was it there from the beginning i.e was your registration information visible on you (http://www.imdb.com/user/ur1000397/bo...) here before IMDb Boards "upgraded" ?

Regardless, the data field for when you registered is empty. There could have been a glitch when you registered or the data could have been accidentally deleted after you registered.
Neither vhavnal nor I have seen this happen before.

Someone from the IMDb technical staff will probably look into this on Monday. IMDb staff members do not usually monitor Get Satisfaction on weekends. Since this is such an unusual problem, it may be difficult to find out why this has happened and take a long time to resolve.
Okay, thanks again for all your help. As I wrote earlier, obviously this is not a real problem for me, but it is interesting that it happened at all.
