Why is there a 404 error displayed when I try to access mMy page?

I'm having the same 404 error when I try to access my page.

Note: This topic was created from a reply on the My resume is not showing up....even though I select the "view resume " link. topic.

Hi Jill -

Did you just recently register your Resume Account? If you did, then as mentioned within the other thread you should wait a day or two and try your page again.

If your page is displaying an error, and this doesn't correlate with a Resume registration, let us know and include your page URL so we can take a look, thanks!

Hey Michelle,

Thanks for the quick reply. No, my page isn't new. I've had this error for many months, but am just now getting around to investigating the reason. Any help on correcting it is greatly appreciated!!

Hello,

I don't get an error message viewing your page. It comes up fine. So, I'm not sure about that issue. A shot in the dark, maybe clear cookies and try the link again. And, do you get that if you search your name and access the page that way?

I notice, though, your head shot is badly off center. It looks like the same pic you display here. You might want to edit your pic to have your face centered better and re-upload it.

I get the 404 message when I attempt to access her page, from both methods.
