I am not sure what you're asking.  If you mean this forum, there is a topic for "i just want 2 ask.." and you've just used it.  You used the "question" category.

If you mean, so you can suggest an idea, that exists to.  Instead of choosing "question," you could have chosen "idea."

Some do have twitter handles listed, such as Tom Hanks' www.imdb.com/name/nm0000158/ right under the quick links at the right of the page.

When I click on contact us, there is not I just want to ask a question, Tom Hanks, who wants that lol, there are a lot of shows I watch and movies I like and I thought it would be nice to give the people that use IMDB the chance to follow or add the people they like to watch

With 6 million people listed, I doubt staff will take the time to go look up the Twitter handles for all people.  But if it's submitted to them, that's an example of where it'd be posted.

I thought this was the biggest movie database, I guess I was wrong, if they go to the trouble of doing all the bio's about Actor's and there careers they must get all that information from some where ?, right, why not twitter names, then you will be giving your users all.

First time of using this, some people may not want to sign up to a forum, I'm not being a pain I just like simplicity when I use a site.
