Wish: notification when my Edit is accepted/rejected

Each time I submit an Edit to an IMDb page, I get an Contribution Confirmation email message with details of the change and "The information you have supplied is being processed by our team."

After that, nothing.  It would be nice if ...

• An email was sent when the change is accepted/rejected/...
• My account included a log of my submissions with details and current status.
