Not usually. Submissions either show up (if/when accepted) or they don't (they've been rejected).
According to the Data Processing Times, it should appear in about a week (they're currently processing April 1), or so.
If it does not show up you can post the submission ID number and staff can take a look at the status, and/or you can post the entire contents of the emailed receipt you got when you made the submission and Contributors here can take a look and see if they can figure out what is wrong.
