I've contributed to this over 2 weeks ago and just wondering the status of this actor credit. Thank you.

Hi J Bell,
If you have submitted an update and it has not been accepted, it means that our editors were unable to verify it and need further information/additional evidence.
Acceptable additional evidence may vary depending on the type of data you are trying to submit -- if you are adding a credit for a film or TV show, the best evidence is a screen grab/image showing the person's name and credit as it appears in the main or end titles of that show.
Other verification may include proof of employment (pay stubs or receipts, call sheets, contracts) showing that the person worked on the production, or mentions of the person's role on the production in media articles from reputable third party sources.
Please upload these screengrabs or data somewhere on the Web where we can access it (we recommend a free image hosting service like imgur.com) and send us the links/URLs pointing to it via the following process:
1) Find your original submission in your update history at http://www.imdb.com/updates/history
2) Verify that all the data is still valid. If you need to update/amend the information, you can do so and resubmit the entry.
3) Make a note of the update reference number (it's the number composed of three groups of 6 digits separated by dashes, e.g. 121027-090001-134000)
4) Go to this page: http://www.imdb.com/helpdesk/data_verification
5) Fill in the form with all the information (the update reference number and all the URLs pointing to the additional verification for that submission). At least one link is mandatory. If you have more than three, use the 'comment' field to add them.
6) Enter any additional information, comment or feedback in the 'comment' field. The more data/evidence you supply, the better.
7) Submit the form.
Our editors will review the links you have supplied and use them to re-examine your update. If they can verify that the submission is eligible to be included, they will accept it.
Thanks
Meredith

I have well over 100 credits, so why would this tine be any different? Clearly I'm not adding credits for fun. IMDb's submission process is very inconsistent and frustrating based on whichever editor is doing it. I brought this up before just as a note...stunt performers are rarely credited on tv shows in the end credits, so there is no way to bring up a screen grab. Some big movies don't provide a callsheet in hopes of info not getting out before the movie comes out, so there is no way to actually prove until a year later when the movies comes out to finally add a credit?? IMDb needs an update on policy to stay current.

Sometimes you have to provide info and sometimes you don't...what is that?

Hi J Bell,
It is dependent on a number of factors, will you be credited on screen as an actor in this episode? I can see that you have a stunt credit live on the episode. Our policies dictate that you need to be credited to receive an actor credit or if you won't be credited then please submit the credit with an (uncredited) attribute for our data editors to review.
Regards,
Will

Hi Will thank you for you're reply. My other question is, is that most of my actor credits I put fourth I did so without an provided evidence. I just find it very inconsistent based on whichever editor is handling a credit. Anyways where can I submit evidence so this get's done? Thank you.
