How do we report a movie that shows the wrong rating? i.e. Top Gun says rated G and it is a PG movie.

Could you post the URL of the page which displays the film's rating as G? This may be a display issue.
Top Gun (1986) - Main Page The US/MPAA PG rating is displayed.
Top Gun (1986) - Parents Guide/Certification list

This is the correct info for Top Gun:
Canada: G (original rating, Alberta)
Canada: PG (2013, re-rating, Alberta) the Nunavut and the Northwest Territories uses the classification of Alberta, I don't know if those should be listed separately, but anyway Top Gun got re-rated in Alberta, Nunavut, and Northwest Territories.
Canada: G (Nova Scotia) the rating for the Maritimes are administrated by Nova Scotia, Merge???, I don't know at this point.
Canada: PG (British Columbia/Manitoba/Ontario/Saskatchewan) Saskatchewan uses the British Columbia classification and Ontario will use British Columbia's ratings temporarily. then the Yukon also uses British Columbia ratings.
Canada: G (Quebec) Quebec has a completely different rating system and shall not be listed with the other G ratings.
PS: Newfoundland and Labrador doesn't maintain film/DVD classification
I have already added the 2013 re-rating in Albert. For the rest, I got "Badly Formatted", I'm gonna try again to submit those corrections. If someone has an idea of how it could be formatted pls let me know.

No, it is not. Look up the details for G rating in Canada (not just BC) and this is definitely not a movie for childrene to watch! I am not here to argue, I am just here to point out that it has been labeled wrong as G on the IMDB website.

I have proofs to support it:
Alberta:
Nova Scotia: I made a mistake, Top Gun doesn't seem to be rated in Nova Scotia.
I confused Top Gun (1955) with Top Gun (1986)
British Columbia:
Manitoba:
Quebec

You are not understanding. Yes, the link you sent for BC says it is rated PG for that province, but what I am saying is that when I go on IMDB in BC Canada, it says rated G as per my screenshot sent previously.

Okay... here is what I have found. On my PC the link (or search) shows it as PG rated but when I open in IMDB on my iPad it shows as G rated. What on earth is going on?

Hi Douglas -
Are you still experiencing the issue of the certificate displaying differently on your separate devices? If so, an you clarify what rating you are seeing on what specific IMDb page/section on each device?
