Hi, I had cancencelled my IMDB pro subscription but I was still charged a full year's fee. My trial ended on 22nd Nov 2019, request you to please processes my refund. Also have re-cancelled my subscription on 22nd Nov. Request you to kindly do the needful. I can not afford to pay a whole year's fee even though I had cancelled it.
