your sister site, boxofficemojo.com, has suddenly been blocked

Your sister site, boxofficemojo.com, has suddenly been blocked by the Houston (TX) Public Library computers. (I know that this is a separate site, but I can't get onto that site to report the siutation there, so I have to hope that the word can be passed along to your affiliate). I was unable to paste a screenshot of the blocking message. It is headed by a graphic for "Cisco Umbrella" and has a statement that "boxofficemojo.com has been blocked by your network administrator." Earlier in the week, IMDB.com was also similarly blocked but access has since been granted after I sent a message on the block page explaining that it was an Amazon database site for information about movies, TV, and affiliated entities and persons. I sent basically the same message regarding boxofficemojo, but with no results so far. Help, please!

I realize that your sites cannot dictate to the network administrators on this end what to block or not block. I was hoping, however, that someone could make contact and find out what the supposed problem(s) may be and how to get the issue resolved. As of present, IMDB is still again available; boxofficemojo.com, however, is still blocked. I have again sent messages on the "Cisco Umbrella" page announcing the blockage and also to the Houston Public Library administration. So far, however, I have not had any success.
