Some records not showing up - Access Mobile Database Client

I use Access Mobile Database Client for recipes and some aren't showing up on the iPad/iPhone. There are 560-some records in the database on the computer, but it looks like the Access Mobile Database Client only goes to 470 records? Anyone help?

We don't have any limit on the number of rows. Seeing too few rows is often just because we stop loading rows once the device starts to get low on memory, but you can tell it to load more rows by tapping one of the down-facing arrows in the toolbar.

The other sometimes cause of this problem is a database that is either corrupt or was not transferred completely over to the device. In these cases, running MS Access's "Repair" tool on the database and then re-transferring it to your device often solves the problem.

Let us know if neither of these solutions works for you and we'll continue to investigate.

  • Perfect. Thank you. I had absolutely forgotten that I had to "re" download the database to the phone to have the most up-to-date version. We don't sync it - we just view it on the mobile devices. That did the trick. Thanks!
