Hi Gloria-

Thanks for the note. I'm really sorry you are having issues with the plugin.

Could you please let me know what version of Firefox you are using? That info is helpful for troubleshooting on our end.

Thanks,
Joe

Hi David- Could you also let me know what OS (Windows or Mac) you are using? Just trying to determine if it is specific to one or the other. Thanks!

Thanks for the info, Dave. That is very helpful. We are digging in further. I'll follow up as soon as we have a better idea what the root cause may be.

Hi Gloria and Dave,

It looks like there might be a conflict with an existing extension enabled on your Firefox install. Lets see if we can't get the button back and get you guys answering questions in in no time!

Open the "View" menu, hover over "Toolbars", and select "Customize...". This should open a window with lots of buttons. Look for the Q logo with the "in" inside of it. I've attached an example for reference. If you find it you should be able to click and drag it onto your toolbar.

If that isn't clear have a look at the Detailed instructions.

If you don't find the Q logo could send me an email to abraham@inboxq.com with a list of extensions you have installed. I'll have a look and see which one is causing the conflict.

Let me know if that helps,
Abraham

Hi everybody,

There is a new Firefox version out. Please give it a try and post back here if you are still having issues. It is not in the Mozilla Gallery yet but you can download it from http://inboxq.com.

Thanks!
Abraham

I just downloaded InboxQ for Firefox on the Mac and had the same problem. Also wasn't showing up in the list when I went to View -> Toolbars -> Customize. However, under View, there's an option for "Sidebar" and InboxQ was listed there. As soon as I clicked it, it showed up as a sidebar in my browser.

Hey everyone,

I had this same issue. The only way I could get it to work is to tick the "Use Small Icons" option in Customize Toolbar.

Hope this helps.

Just check your add-on-bar enabled. View -> Toolbars -> Add-On Bar

Guys,

Just like you all, am also facing this issue with IDE and it's not showing up in Tools, FF.
This is ridiculous, but am sure somewhere someone from FF community would work on this. Guys, it seems this issue is ever recurring, please fix it once and all.

Thanks!
