Ah! Yes, it's a bug. I just opened a ticket for it. Thanks for letting us know!

For now you would need to open the Product Info from the Product listing.

Hey, I have a similar problem even after updating the version to 2.1.1.4.
I have set this user account as administrator, but still won't allow me edit, please help

Hi Alex,

I see from the screenshot you're running in multi-user mode. Can you access this information using the same username/password from the server computer? If so, are there any other computers in your office hooked into the server? Can you use the password on them?

Stephen contacted me about the solution for the problem.
1. I tried with restart the program --> the problem remained
2. Reboot the client computer--> start the program--> problem remained
3. Reboot the server computer and client computer --> start the program problem gone!!
I think there might be some communication lag between the server computer and client computer caused this problem.
Maybe you guys can run a test and make a hotfix, so in the future new users of inflowinventory won't run into the same problem as I did.
