Inventory not showing up after being entered and received on purchase order

I entered my information into the purchase order and clicked on receive. The light on the receive button turned green. But when I went into inventory to see the items, they aren't showing up there. What did I do wrong?

When you open up that specific product and go to "Movement History", do you see the movement for that order?

Thanks for responding, Louis. Unfortunately, I don't see it under movement history. Knowing me, I've done something completely random and stupid.

Hi Celly,

When you open up that purchase order, do you see a receive tab on the bottom? If you do, can you click on the tab and see if any items show up on the list? It should have a list of all items that you have received.

The list should also have a "Received" button (the most right column), if you click on that then the item should show up in your inventory and movement history like Louis has suggested.

If you do not see the receive tab at the bottom, try hitting the "Receive and Pay" button or hit the dropdown beside it to select "Receive inventory" if you have not paid for it yet.

If none of this is working, can you take a screen shot of the purchase order so that we can take a look?

Hi, Sunny,

Thank you for your suggestions. I've hit the receive tab at the bottom, the one next to the Order tab. It has turned green. A window opens but none of my items are listed in the window. It gives a count at the bottom of the far right column beside Total Ordered, but there are not itemized products anywhere.

I already hit the Receive and Pay button before contacting you. I can take a photo with my cell phone. Where should I send it?

Perhaps if you could log into our live chat this might be quicker? I know you've been working on this for a few days now so we'd like to get it resolved for you quickly.

Based on everything above the only other thing I would suggest is that perhaps the order is not "fully received"? When you finish receiving everything in the receive tab the system is supposed to prompt you to confirm whether it is fully received (i.e. can I lock this tab to prevent editing). If you look at the bottom right hand corner of the receive tab do you see a "complete" button? If so, can you click it? If you can, please do and confirm that the order is fully received.
