I have a Issue with one of my products. I am unable to add cost - the fields are grayed out and will not allow me to add. I have deactivated and reactivated it to see if that would allow me to add the price - still wont allow me to enter any.

Hmm, that is very strange indeed. Have you try restarting the program?

Does it happen to every product? Or just this one particular product?

Hi Chris,

It looks like you may be able to change your costing method (based on your screenshot) but my concern is that unless your product is de-activated, you should be able to edit your pricing schemes.

Have you had a chance to look at see if there's anything strange going on over there? You can do so by clicking Main Menu > Settings > General Settings and "Pricing and Tax". Have a look there and see if anything has been unchecked or is otherwise behaving strangely.

If you wouldn't mind sending us a message at support@inflowinventory.com I'd also like to follow up regarding some more sensitive areas of your database.

Cheers.

Hi there Evana,

Have you tried Siobhans advice on checking the pricing and tax settings?

What version of inFlow are you currently using? If you are not using the latest version of inFlow, (v2.4.0.3) perhaps try upgrading to the latest version to see if it is still an issue?

Yes, I've tried, and I've just update my version today. It doesn't work.
What I'm doing right now to update this field is to export it to CSV, update the data in excel, and then import it back...but no way to do it directly...
