And it is time once again for the beta updates. After all of the feedback we've been getting from the initial beta release we're ready to release updates which will address those minor issues which have been identified and a few feature changes which have been incorporated since the last release. Details can be found in the release notes here: http://www.inflowinventory.com/Knowle... and we thank you in advance for any further feedback you can provide!

For those of you who have already signed up for beta releases and updates through the program settings (Main Menu > Settings > About inFlow > "Check for Updates"), you should be able to update your copy via the program itself.

If this is the first time that you've installed the software please select this link: http://www.archonsystems.com/Download... while users who wish to update a current copy should visit this link: http://www.archonsystems.com/Download...

Should your computer not be hooked up to the internet please download the Full installer here:
http://www.archonsystems.com/Download... (first install)
http://www.archonsystems.com/Download... (update current copy)

As always, remember to do a manual backup before you update for your copy of inFlow and enjoy!

Siobhan - I have tried the downloading the manual patch and installing. The patch program opens ok and goes the initial routine, but then when it actions the update (and you see the progress bar) it crashes after a couple of seconds. The progress bar has just registered a green bar. The data and the current program seem ok so far

Hi,

Thanks for letting us know the patching issue.

To help us investigate it, would you please send the following files to support@inflowinventory.com:
C:\Program Files (x86)\inFlow Inventory\Installer.log
C:\Program Files (x86)\inFlow Inventory\DBPatch.log

Thanks!

Thank you!

If there's an error with ClientPatch, then it might be possibly caused by an issue with the auto-update feature in the older versions of inFlow, which is hopefully fixed in this latest beta.

To resolve it, please try manually downloading and running the patch:
http://www.archonsystems.com/Download... (smaller file but Internet connection may be required)
http://www.archonsystems.com/Download... (larger file but no Internet connection required)
