Same questions ~ not advancing

There appears to be a glitch...I keep getting the same 3 questions...but not the points as it should be. It is as if the page just reloads and will not advance to the next set of questions.

Hi Madonna,
We are testing and so far we have not seen this problem? Is anyone else experiencing what Madonna reports?

I sometimes have to answer the questions 3 or 4 times before it advances.
This started this week.. Very irritating.

It is a problem with AOL. We are working on this problem! You can launch IE as a standalone browser and you will not have a problem.

Bear with us while we get to the bottom of it!!!

Strange, I don't have AOL and never have. SO your answer is WRONG.

Hmm Sandra,

could you please let us know what browser (make and version) & operating system do you use? Please e-mail this information from the e-mail you have registered with to instantcashsweepstakes@gmail.com.

I'm using the latest edition of Internet Explorer. Windows XP and the problem is worse today. What's going on?

I have this issue also. And when I sent the info you are asking for to that email addy I got a curt email back telling me the problem is with AOL and they know about it and to use a different browser. Geesh

My reply was:

It's an AOL problem, and we are working on it!!

If you can launch IE outside of AOL, then you will be able to play.

I am unable to reply to your emails. They keep bouncing back.

I am sorry I said anything about it. It is not like me to. I understand that there is a lot going on there. And probably a lot of stress from AOL users and my stupid reply did not help anyone.

I use a yahoo email address for ISC.

you keep going back to AOL I have never ever had AOL on this computer.SO it can not go back to AOL. Not on my end anyway.

Are you still working on it? I'm still having the same problem and not liking it at all. I sent you all the info you asked for. MAybe you need a new tech or just to go back to the old system you were using. I had no problems at all with that system.

Sorry Sandra,

We have done everything we can and cannot resolve your issue. Everyone else who has this issue is an AOL user. Your case is different from that and we can't figure out why.

Sandra, Have you tried clearing your temporary internet files, cache, and history?? you should try that, then you should also go to firefox.com and dwonload Firefox, it is alot safer then internet explorer

I have same proble with survey titled Facebook Page Trust. I do the 4 questions and it just starts survey over. I do not get my points. I am not using AOL. Can you fix this?
