Remove Element Titles to Save Space

  • Idea

Hi Michael.

Being able to click the Title of an Element to collapse or expand it is a nice feature. But a small Title takes up a lot of screen space. I think most users would rather keep screen space than collapse/hide an Element.

Thanx for looking.

Hi Ghost,

Actually, it is the opposite, through surveying users, they love that they can hide the parts they aren't using. Thanks for the idea though.

Hi Michael.

Maybe instead of a Title Bar it could be a button adjacent to Delete, Archive etc?

Thanx again.

I notice it has been some time since this query but I agree with Ghost. The elements take up so much space above the inbox that I have to scroll just to see my inbox, on my laptop. While it sounds a small thing, anything that adds to time, these days should be adjusted when possible. Drives me nuts and irritates me. I want to see my inbox when I go to it.

Hi Margo,

If possible, could you send us a screenshot of your current inbox issue -- I'm wondering if what you are experiencing right now is different from Ghost's request, it may be a conflict or something else that's causing the extra space you are seeing as the elements shouldn't be taking up a lot of space on top unless you've chosen to put some other elements above your inbox.

Here's how your inbox should look, let me know if this matches what you are seeing:

Standard with Integrations below: http://help.integratedinbox.com/scree...
Minimalist version with Integrations below: http://help.integratedinbox.com/scree...

You can try downloading the latest version, to see if that resolves the issue as well: https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/do...

We look forward to your reply
