Shouldn't all Expresso bikes be online?

I joined a new gym, which I chose because they had Expresso bikes and I loved them at my old gym. I should have tried them out before I signed my contract but I assumed they were online since they say they are on their website. When I went to use them, they weren't online. I asked the woman who runs the gym and she looked at me like she had no idea what I was talking about. She said she'd bring it up to the guy in charge but nothing has changed. Is there anything you can do? I feel they are misrepresenting your company by having your bikes there when they are not fully functinoning.
