I’m frustrated

BLUETOOTH NOT WORKING

I've had this Block Rocker for 10 months now. It was working fine until 3 weeks ago. The Bluetooth light doesn't come on and I can not get my I Phone to connect nor anyone else's cell What can I do? Help!!!

    What kind of iPhone are you trying to pair to your Block Rocker? What were the other phones that you've tried pairing? In your device's Bluetooth settings, select the Block Rocker and choose "Forget Device". After your device "forgets" the Block Rocker it should be able to reconnect. You can then go through the pairing process again by following the steps below:

    1. Turn on your Bluetooth device.
    2. Power on Block Rocker. If you have previously connected to another Bluetooth device, Block Rocker will reconnect. To disconnect pairing if the Bluetooth icon is lit solid, press and release the Bluetooth button.
    3. Press and release the Bluetooth button to start pairing to your device. The Bluetooth icon will start flashing.
    4. Navigate to your Bluetooth device’s setup screen, find “Block Rocker” and connect.
      Note: If your Bluetooth device prompts for a pairing code, enter ‘0000’.
    5. To disconnect pairing while the Bluetooth icon is lit solid, press and release the Bluetooth button. If the Bluetooth icon is flashing, press and hold the Bluetooth button for 3 seconds to cancel pairing mode.
    6. To connect to another Bluetooth device, repeat steps 3-4.
      Note: Maximum range will be achieved when using devices with Bluetooth 4.0 or higher.

  • we have an I Phone 6 Plus and I Phone 5S. We have used the speaker for some time now. All of a sudden the Bluetooth Blue light does not turn on and that is why the phones can not locate the speaker's Bluetooth to connect. I have also pressed down for 10-15 seconds the Bluetooth button to reset it but nothing. The only way it works is with the aux cord.
