Ion Explorer Outback Wireless Rechargeable Speaker Has No Sound

My Ion Explorer Outback Wireless Rechargeable Speaker suddenly has no sound. Any troubleshooting ideas? If it need repairs, where can I take it?

    Thanks for posting.

    Are you using the radio or an AUX or Bluetooth source with your speaker? If you're using a Bluetooth source, try this: In your device's Bluetooth settings, select your speaker and choose Forget Device. On the front of the speaker, press the Disconnect button. After turning the unit off and on again you should be able to pair your device. If not, turn both your Bluetooth device and the speaker off then restart both and re-attempt that pairing.

    If you're still having issues after going through these steps, it's likely you'll need to service your speaker. Warranty and non-warranty claims are not handled here on the forum, but I can point you in the right direction! Here are a couple of options that you could choose from:

    • Submit a Warranty or Service inquiry with our Technical Support team by logging onto the ION Audio Support Page. Select Warranty or Service Inquiry from the drop down menu.


    • For quicker support, call your nearest Support Office or International Distributor.
