ION Tailgater Express - Bluetooth NOT WORKING

After owning the Tailgater Express for only 2 months, the Bluetooth functionality is no longer working. After pressing the "Bluetooth" button, the Bluetooth icon does not light up on the display. We cannot connect via Bluetooth, the sole reason of purchasing this product.

PLEASE HELP!!

Hi Joe,

Thanks for the post. I’d like to help you out! In your device's Bluetooth settings, select your speaker and choose Forget Device. On the front of the speaker, press the Disconnect button. After turning the unit off and on again you should be able to pair your device. If not, turn both your Bluetooth device and the speaker off then restart both and re-attempt that pairing.

Let me know how this works out for you.
