Job Rocker Max - cannot turn on bluetooth...

The speaker is less than 3 months old & bluetooth won't turn on. tried disconnecting power, battery to reset. But no amount of pushing the button, cycling through radio, auxilliary, I cannot get bluetooth symbol to turn on or connect to speaker.

Please help!

    Thanks for posting. Sorry you're having issues with your Job Rocker Max.

    What kind of device are you trying to pair to your speaker? Have you tried pairing to another device? I would also like you to try the following:

    In your device's Bluetooth settings, select your speaker and choose Forget Device. On the front of the speaker, press the Disconnect button. After turning the unit off and on again you should be able to pair your device. If not, turn both your Bluetooth device and the speaker off then restart both and re-attempt that pairing.

    Let me know how this goes.

  • As I mentioned above, the BT icon does not come on. SO no devices (android tablet, iphone 4LS, iphone 5, Moto E, Alexa DOT, nothing can SEE the speaker - it appears the BT function no longer works.

    I returned to COSTCO - because it was getting close to 90-days.

    *note - I attempted your above suggestion, but after forgetting the device, it still couldn't see the speaker since the BT icon does not come on and I assume, not transmitting a pairing signal.

  • Tried to contact support, tried to register my product and tried to submit a ticket online and NONE OF IT WORKED.

    Extremely frustrating.
