    Change in reply by Bill R. to Hi Richard,<br /><br />Thanks for posting.&nbsp;<br /><br />First, make sure you're using the latest version of EZ Vinyl Tape Converter, which can be downloaded from the link here:&nbsp;<a href="https://www.ionaudio.com/ezvc" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">https://www.ionaudio.com/ezvc</a>. Uninstall the current version you have installed on your computer before installing the update.&nbsp;<br /><br />&nbsp;Are you using a Windows or Mac computer? Is it a desktop or a laptop? If a desktop, please try to connect your turntable to the USB ports on the back of your desktop. If a laptop, please connect the turntable to the USB ports near your power adapter. This will ensure the Max LP is getting the correct amount of power it needs to operate. If this still gives you issues, try with another USB cable and another pair of headphones.&nbsp;<br /><br />I would also make sure your audio settings are configured properly on your computer by going through the steps in <a href="https://www.ionaudio.com/usb-turntable-and-cassette-faq#Playback_and_Recording" rel="nofollow">this guide here</a>.&nbsp;<br /><br />Hope this helps!
