Total PA Max audio cutting out

Hi, I recently purchased a Total Pa Max speaker last week, it plays perfectly but then will cut out and stop playing, I then have to tap it on the side or hit it to get it to start playing again... It seems like loose wiring. Just wondering how I can get a replacement, I lost my receipt from the retailer and just wondering if there is any way around the receipt. I have the original packaging and everything. Or if there is something I can do to fix it that would be great considering I have had it for less than 2 weeks.

  • Hi Tyler,

Thanks for posting. Sorry you're having issues with your Total PA Max.

Can you confirm that you've tried a different set of cables with your speaker? If you have and you're still experiencing this issue, you may need to service your speaker.
