I’m feeling pretty inconvinienced

Vivitar Bluetooth Headphones Not Turning On/Faulty Headphone Port/Malware on Samsung Galaxy Note II (2)

So, I used my headphones for about a month and a half, and they were great. Everything worked perfectly, save for a few spotty connections when my shoulder was in between my phone and the headset. Anyways, about 2 months ago, I charged up the set and used it for the day. As I was about to go to bed, i Plugged in my headphones to find that the light wouldn't turn on. I tried to turn it on, and the light didn't turn on there either. Not even unplugging it would turn on the "Connect Charger" light pattern, and I don't know what to do. My Samsung Galaxy Note II (2) also has had a faulty headphone jack for the past 3 years, which is why I rely on bluetooth, and evidenly has been running on safe mode for the past 2 weeks after getting a malware/trojan horse scam which wants me to give the creators 200 bucks, which I will not do and would rather just not let my phone run any downloaded applications until I can get the virus removed. All in all, i need to fix at least 2 of these problems, and I can't pay for anything because I was in an accident and will be out of work for a long time. I don't know the exact name/model of my headset so i will attach a photo.
