    Hi Ana,

    Thanks for posting.

The Film 2 PC is class-compliant. It will not require a driver to connect to your computer and will work with virtually any operating system.

I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any additional questions.

If you're using Mac, you can actually use the included iPhoto software that comes bundled with your version of OS X. Follow these steps below:
    1. Connect the Film 2 SD Plus to your Mac 10.9 computer.  Power on the Film 2 SD Plus.

    2. A new icon will appear on the desktop, likely titled VOLUME1.  This is a direct link to the SD card and the images you scanned.

Note: If iPhoto automatically opens and you are comfortable importing your images with that software, feel free to follow the steps that iPhoto recommends.  If you do not want to use iPhoto, close the program.

    3. Double-click on the VOLUME1 icon that was created on your desktop.  In the window that opens, double-click on DCIM to open that folder.

      ion film2sdplus mac 3

    4. You will notice various folders that the Film 2 SD Plus might save images to.  Double-click on the 101MEDIA folder to open it.

      ion film2sdplus mac 4

    5. This is where your images are saved on the SD card.  You may see them listed by name, or you may see thumbnails of the images depending on the view you have set.  Click-and-drag the images to your computer.

    I hope this helps!
