Changed reply in topic of iRule Alternative Disscusion by John Wallace to Demopad does feedback via regular expressions. Not got this working yet but used RE on netio and I liked it. Frustratingly none of the alternatives look anywhere near as flexible as iRule .

Changed reply in topic of iRule Alternative Disscusion by Karn Evil 9 to Browse the iRule library for brushed. Click the eyeball on the set you want and drag and drop one icon at a time to your desktop. Rename before you drop the next one. Also if you are on Android all the buttons in your iRule build are on your device in a folder called android/data/ com.irule.activity/cache /images.

Changed reply in topic of iRule Alternative Disscusion by Karn Evil 9 to The icons can be found in the iRule image library. Search the community tab for seven and brushed. You really only need the unpressed seven buttons since color for on/off states is applied in Home Remote. You only need one size as well since scaling is handled by Home Remote. Some of the buttons in my build where blank and I added text in Photoshop..

Changed reply in topic of Important update about the future of iRule & ON Controls! by hadi to Actually Kramer has nothing to do with shutting down the residential arm, it's purely the dessission of our old friends in irule, they Choose to shut the servers down(explicitly announced in earlier posts) , kramer never forced them to, all that after selling us lifetime licences which in turn we used to grow a customer base and also making more fake promises such as "opening the servers in case they go under like redeye back then"
The fattened rats in irule had too much cheese to give a damn about their promises or the small price of cheese in residential arm.
That is capitalism without control, we see it every day with giant companies....
However irule demise only creates best opportunities many many viable alternatives out there,, demo pad, girdir etc..

Changed reply in topic of I cannot control my Anthem AVM 60 via IP, need help please by Mike Kramer to I know it could be a silly little thing. My router is 192.168.0.1, the Anthem 192.168.0.42 (DHCP). I have also tried a static IP outside my DHCP address range. Same result. What is strange, I have tried sending a ping to the Anthems IP. Host unreachable which I find weird. I have emailed Anthem support see if should be ping able. IP control is enabled, so is IP wakeup. But I have also switched it on for testing just in case. The network connection on the ethernet cable is flashing, so it's connected. The switch it's connected to serves a lot of other devices which work fine. The device is connected to the gateway.
The major issue is the gateway. Once that has been resolved it should work.

Unless you have any other idea why the gateway might not connect, I have to wait for Anthems tech support..
