Just horrible why is this be so hard?
Who can I speak to that can fix this?
I start making calls tomorrow to every department looking for someone that can get me a refund for software I never use and cannot use.
If the company is shutting down or rebranding don't take it out on the customers.

Just get me that refund! very upset I am.
