Juxtaposer is a fabulous app. I'm now addicted to the larger screen of my iPad and hope there will be a HD/special version oj Juxtaposer

Glad you are liking Juxtaposer.
It might take a while, but eventually I think I will port Juxtaposer to the iPad.

So no progress yet
It still would beat the competition.
I think the name limits appeal unnecessarily as it doesn't describe what it does for the rest of us
It's an "image blender"
If you check out Graham Bishop on linked in you will see that this is my area of expertise and I offer this advice as a loyal fan

Yeah, sorry, no progress yet. But it is still very much on the todo list.
And I completely agree with you. I am planning to basically re-launch Juxtaposer with a new name, new description and likely a new icon as well. The plan is to sell it more as a powerful creative tool, rather than as an app to create silly pictures.
Coming up with a good name is tough though. It has to
1) fit in the space under an iPhone icon (about 11 characters)
2) be descriptive
3) be memorable / sound good
4) not be taken already

Have a think about or a variation of photoblend or fotoblend
It's vacant and the closest camerblend sucks majourly

The iPad needs juxtaposed. If made it would also be sweet if it supported both the iPad and iPad 2. Just because I don't have a camera on the iPad doesn't mean that I wouldn't use the crap out of juxtaposed. Being able to create custom images without having to pay a a pro for what I know I can do, would really help out a small buisness owner. Millions could use this.

The iPad version of Juxtaposer will definitely support both the original iPad and the iPad 2.

Any update on a release date for the iPad version/Universality? It's been a year since the original question in this thread and a month since you confirmed that when the version does come it'll support both iPads. Much longer and there may be an iPad 3 to add to the mix... ;)

Sorry, no, nothing to announce yet. Chances are pretty good that the iPad 3 will indeed ship before Juxtaposer for iPad.

YeS it's frustrating that still the best pho blending app is not supporting the idea platform. Namelymthe iPad.
I'd pay £10 for it

Sorry, no, nothing to announce yet.
We are definitely still planning to release an iPad specific version of Juxtaposer. But we still don't have an ETA.

Thanks. I know it's possible to do the same thing in Photoshop and other softs but with this app is really amazing, fun and intuitive. I don't mind if the end result is an universal app or an especific one. Just bring it to us! Thanks again and regards.

This is a wonderfully designed app... When will u bring it up to date so I don't waste half of my 4s resolution in it????

Thank you. Glad you like it.
We'll be rewriting Juxtaposer pretty much from the ground up. Which (amongst other things) will then allow us to save images at much higher resolution.
However I can not give an estimate yet as to when this will be completed and ready to ship.

I'm with everyone else. Juxtaposer is a great app, but it would be awesome on the iPad. I am hoping to hear good news soon since this thread started over 2 years ago.

Yes, I realize that it has been a long while. I still can't give a good estimate for when we will be shipping the iPad version of Juxtaposer (or make it universal). All I can say is that we are working towards that goal and that I am quite confident that it will happen in 2013.
