I just notice that 2016 listening history isn't on my page and I have two 2008 years. My username is Selena1995. Thanks in advance

Same problem, i have no 2016 and I have two 2007's.

I also noticed that all my scrobbles for artists I discovered in the past months are showing up under 2015, which is not possible.

I've noticed this issue is related to when you set your timezone.  If you go back to UTC time, it will appear normal, but your scrobble times will be off.

Just noticed this same. Every year seems to be off by 1. The problem might have to do with the fact that they're starting the charts in December. For example, my 2011 is December 2011-November 2012 rather than January 2011-December 2011. I have no 2016's because they're all showing 2015 as Dec 2015-now.

I noticed this started being a problem whenever the missing data error was occurring from a few weeks back. Maybe it has something to do with that?

This is a known issue for the developers, changing the time zone can cause problems with correct displays in your library. They are working on a fix for this, as far as I know.
