Some of my artist have lost in one week all or almost all scrobbles of this year. For example "Brink Man Ship"  had 16'923 scrobbles in November 2017, now it has 16.6K , the same as in December 2016! Similar cuts with Heidi Happy and several Swiss Jazz Bands.

Slight sarcasm possible.

Let's play a game. The game is called guess the lastfm user name from a getsatisfaction user name. Lastfm user is GuidoStefani? Nope. Guido_Stefani? Nope. Guido-Stefani? Again, nope.
Too bad, you lost, 3 tries only.

Very dissapointed indeed.

Very funny indeed. Instead oh helping to solve a problem you attack me because of an obvious misunderstanding.

Don't like it!

Attack? Lighten up and be more considerate when asking for help. How are people (lastfm staff in particular) to know who you are on last.fm if they want to check out details of your profile to see what's the issue? This is a fair demand.
I'm guessing you didn't enjoy the game then?

Some users have reported a loss of data from certain artist pages (see this thread).

The Last.fm staff are aware of the issue. According to Jon's post here, it seems to be related to another recent problem affecting the catalogue import system caused by a hard drive failure.

A similar case occurred several years ago (see this thread). Plenty of popular musicians lost millions of listeners overnight. An example of that is Various Artists page. Before BETA launch it had over 138 million scrobbles and 2.5 million listeners. Now it has barely 9.8 scrobbles and half a million listeners. Another example is the band MEGADETH, it had 92 million scrobbles, after BETA launch MEGADETH had 81 million. They should have over 111 million scrobbles and two million listeners. There is no way the Moderators team hasn't notice this. I hope they will fix this.
