Another love track bug

Not sure if this has been brought up before or if anyone even still gives a damn about it, but anyways ... If you love a track that is currently scrobbling it disappears from the chart until the song ends, no matter how many times you refresh. It is annoying because with no recent activity you can't quickly check if it was loved successfully.

And sometimes if you click the heart several times, it becomes this:

And it stays.
I'm guessing this is not supposed to happen!

and you pretty much have to click the heart several times because clicking on the heart never fucking works.

Hey, I'm sorry this post got missed.  The team are aware of this issue and it's in their backlog -- I'm chasing them for an update.

If this helps any, it seems to occur with every other track you love (with me at least). I'll love a track and it will disappear, then I'll love the next track and it won't disappear. With the third track it will disappear, then the fourth won't, etc. This is done consecutively. Not sure about loving one track you're scrobbling, then scrobbling a bunch more, then loving another.

Hi all, if you're experiencing this bug, could you post your browser versions and operating system.

Which track lists are you seeing this on?

Also, which of these happens immediately after you press a love button, before you see the 405 page?
  1. Your browser indicates a new page is loading (see first image)
  2. You see the Last.fm loading indicator in the top right (see second image)
  3. You see the Last.fm loading indicator and the browser loading indicator
  4. The love button turns completely red
  5. The love button turns completely red, then switches back to white
  6. No visible change, the 405 page appears instantly
  7. No visible change, the 405 page appears after a delay (how long?)
  8. Something else (what happens?)

Browser loading indicator:

Hi Thomas, I neither see an error page nor an automatic page refresh in Google Chrome 48 on Windows 10 after loving a track. The heart of the currently playing track in my recent tracks list turns to red, so everything looks as expected. But when refreshing the page by clicking on Overview, the loved track disappears, although it is still playing, and I only see the last track I listened to before the current one on top of my recent tracks.

When the next track starts to scrobble, I can see the loved track again after refreshing manually by clicking on Overview. So my guess is that the Now Playing indicator of the current track has something to do with it, too.

Thanks, "Now playing" disappears after loving the track is a bug we're tracking, which should be looked into soon.

Note that this is different to the 405 error, I'd still like to know more about what happens in that scenario.

Great that this is finally being picked up.
It's one of the typical annoyances I have on the new site.
