It is about time that we are able to scrobble songs when we are offline, the songs list could be storage in the last.fm app and it would record the time we were listen to it and the day so the next time we got online it would send this info to last.fm site. I think this is a feature a lot of people would love to death!

This was always possible in the past. Does it not work anymore?

Strange. I've been using the site since 2006 and my scrobbles were always added after reconnecting to the internet. Only tracks older than 2 weeks were lost I believe.

I assume that you mean offline scrobbling with a mobile app? If yes, which one exactly, the official Last.fm one, or maybe Spotify? iOS or Android?

Even with the desktop app though, it caches if you are not connected to the internet or are unable to reach the submissions server, until such a time that you reconnect.

well, it doesn't work for me and I'm not talking only about the desktop app, but also the Ipod app.
