BluOS Controller, adding album cover through Last.fm issue

I just bought a Vault 2i and while virtually all the album info is coming through for the albums I am loading on the Bluesound unit, there is one album I bought just a couple months back, the latest album from Steve Perry, "Traces," and no album cover is loading.

When using the BluOS Controller app on my Mac desktop computer, I hit the triple dot pulldown menu for that specific album, and select "Info." A window for last.fm pops up, with "Overview," "Wiki," "Artwork," and "Shouts," among the menu choices in that popup window. I select "Artwork." Album cover appears. The "Add image" button is a choice. When I do that, I get "Sorry, you can't upload images yet. Keep listening to more music!"

When I then try the "Choose file" button after that, it is greyed out and nothing happens. Any suggestions how I can load the artwork into the Vault's 2i library manually?

I am running a Mac using OSX 10.11.6.

Please see this FAQ:

Why I can't I upload pictures, edit wikis, add events, or suggest videos?

On the other hand it seems that this album already has a cover, so maybe check your ID3 tags on your tracks if they are correct:
