To the scrobbling app I mean. I know there's plenty of plays in my ITunes but for a reason I can't find a place to export it..or, is this feature missing as well because of the updates?

On a site note, well...the staff is at least working which is good, so I can return safely to the site. Anyway guys, I expect your answer for this question.

I'm not sure if importing your media library to a new account still works, but the first precondition would be that it is a new account with no or up to 200 scrobbles, as this feature was meant only for new users. Did you already try to import your iTunes library  with a new account, and how large is it, as there is another maximum limit of 300k scrobbles? Furthermore it is necessary to uninstall your scrobbler first and then reinstall it, so it will forget your old account.

Yes I actually reinstalled it, I deleted it in order to do that, but it simply doesn't work at all.

Staff will be back in office tomorrow 10:00am GMT+1, and then someone might know if it is disabled at the moment or if it should work with the new site.

I made a topic about this but was ignored! They really should make it easier to import data back on to the site and not only when you first install the scrobbler...do I really need to create a new account to get my totals accurate? I would have to create a new account every week! lol That sucks.

I remember being able to do a fresh re-sync from the desktop scrobbler app but then the app was updated and it was removed.

This cant only be for new users as the scrobbler consistently messes up the accuracy of my data. I need to do a fresh resync at least once a month because of that. Please make this a standard feature for all users. Please listen!

I agree! This definitely needs to be a standard for all users,

I'd like to know about this as well. The previous scrobbler I had to uninstall multiple times because it kept freezing and crashing. I've lost a lot of scrobbles due to it.

As bootstrapping your local media player's database with the official Last.fm scrobbler does not work anymore, the only way to import it is the free Windows desktop app Last.fm Scrubbler:

https://github.com/coczero/Last.fm-Scrubbler-WPF

It has to use the current date for old scrobbles though, because Last.fm only accepts scrobbles that are at most 14 days old. See this thread for more info:
