can't login, even the name and password are correct

I simply can ̈'t login to lastfm. everytime I try, website tells me, that information is not correct. I doublechecked it and I type both the user-name and the password RIGHT. Can't even order a new password, because lastfm tells me, that there is no profile with my name????

 I have just managed to log in to Last FM and it also seems to be working again via the Spotify app on my IPad Mini 4. Its like almost once or twice a month Last FM is now having minor problems.
Hope there will be no more problems for a good while.

Spotify stopped scrobbling, I checked and found the app disconnected from Last.fm. I failed to log in. I logged myself out of the website, in order to re-log in but failed. Moreover, it's not letting me change my password.

I just logged on the website and reconnected my Spotify account.
