Hi there, is it possible to bring back single click deleting? When mass deleting it's a lot easier to just click away at x's rather than selecting the bottom option from a menu each time. Thank you.

Agreed. Or if single click deleting isn't coming back, an option to mass delete would be excellent!

Or at least put the option back first when you click on the options. I always click on "set track as current obsession" when I want to delete a scrobble.

+1, my account was compromised in the past so I have a few months that need to be wiped clean. It will take me ages with the current UI.

If you go to some artist's library page (your library page of scrobbles/statistics for that artist) you have the option "delete artist from library"
You are asked to really confirm you want to remove that artist from your library (check a check-box, and click on "delete" button) and ... that artist will be really removed from your library (all his/her/their scrobbles will be removed in one single action !)

Exact similar option is when you're on a album's page in your library (yes, you can remove one album entirely).
Or from a particular song (yes, remove a song entirely from your library, whether it has 2 scrobbles, or 200).

The only remove option that is not yet implemented is the one to wipe entirely you all history of scrobbles (level your scrobbles amount to zero).
Maybe this will come back, maybe not... I don't intend to use it, so for me it's not a missed option at all.

What else do you need, than ?!?
How this can take you "ages" to do ?!?

P.S. I do, actually, imagine one possible way to remove some scrobbles, from the history (when I am at the general page of scrobbles history): just mark a bunch of scrobbles (the way you mark for possible deletion the emails in your Gmail interface) and than have the option to remove them.
But this was never implemented, and who knows ? maybe will never be, either...

@Cornel Diaconu > thanks for your reply. I know the method of removal as you describe it above. And indeed, that works just fine!

But.!! I don't want to completely delete an artist / album from my account, but just for a certain period ( day(s), week(s), month(s) ). And a quick method is missing for this.

Hi,
what do you mean ?
Or, to be more precise: what was your experience on deleting ?
Because deleting IS DONE permanently (I never saw back the scrobbles that I deleted).
If you saw otherwise (deleted scrobbles came back to your library), there may be a totally different problem that must be addressed before.

Because whenever I had the last.week reports, the new scrobbles (aka discovering new artists) are still there?

Listening reports are generated on Friday afternoons and are like a snapshot of your listening data for that week -- if you delete scrobbles after the report has been generated, they'll be removed from your library, but will still be shown in your listening report for that week.
