Device scrobbling still not working

Scrobbling from iTunes fortunately works again through the desktop app, but device scrobbling still doesn't. I connected my iPod, it opened the window with the tracks to submit, I clicked ok, and now they are lost - they don't show up in the desktop app, on the website, and it didn't even create a cache file. 60 shuffled tracks lost (again!). Please make fixing this a priority!

Update: The tracks submitted in the time it took me to create this post. They submit with the actual timestamp they were scrobbled in, so I had to go back a couple of pages since I last used my iPod three days ago, but they seem to all be there. It would be great if the website could give confirmation of the received scrobbles as well, since I've noticed that when I scrobble more than 20 tracks or so from my iPod, the app crashes right after submitting.
