Everyone's entire library has vanished

I've just logged in to find that my entire Last.FM library (14 years' worth) has disappeared, as if I've never listened to anything before. Screengrab attached.

I'm really hoping this is just a glitch, as I've clicked on other users and no-one elses scrobbles are appearing either.

Can we please get an update as to when this will be fixed?

Your scrobbles are safe, the website is simply either under maintenance or glitching out right now. It'll come back probably within the hour. Sadly this has happened fairly commonly in the recent months.

If you open the Last.fm app on your desktop, you'll see your scrobbles are safe.

Hi all, we had a problem with one of our services that caused the libraries to be inaccessible.
You should all have access again now, sorry for the inconvenience.

Im having the same problem this evening and it seemed fine this morning.

Its getting like Last FM seem to be having minor problems every few month.
85% of my Last FM scrobbling is via one of my Amazon Echos using Spotify.

I'm encountering the same problem. The desktop app doesn't even show that I scrobbled anything, and I know everything is connected in the proper manner.

Absolutely not working also for me, the same obviously with Spotify scrobbling. Come on, please solve that, it's ridicolous!

Hi all (again), confirmed there is a problem. We're having some problems talking to our Google-hosted services; their status page is actually showing a problem although I know as much as it says there (which is not very much).

Will work on it our side, but potentially we might not be able to fully fix it until the network issue is resolved.

I have the same problem too, my user is HilNyeonJN is kinda dissapointing, i have more than five years scrobbling whole my music there. I think they should before do that send a message or anything. DISSAPOINTING. I hope guys you be able to fix it and if yes, thank you but that's not cool.

They said they'll send a response for 13:30 US hour... if i'm not wrong, it will be 19:30 in Italy (or 7:30PM). Right now it's 22:05 (or 10:05PM), so still no response..

Anyway, the same for my library, just take a look, all vanished... i just hope you will recover anything

This has happened to me a few times in the past seven days, and it eventually worked again.  But this is the longest that the problem has lasted, so I'm a little worried.  I have around 75,000 scrobbles dating back to August, 2009, by close to 2,200 artists.  I hope we all get our lists back soon.

My library appeared again for about 10 minutes, and then it was gone again.  I started listening again, but the first song that I played didn't appear in my list.  So I disconnected and connected again, and that was when I lost my entire library again.  Please, Lastfm, fix this problem permanently.

I've been scrobbling for almost 12 years! More than 200K scrobbles, and the most recent event - I renewed my subscription yesterday (the most annoying)!

I have my birthday on June, 11th, my 12th year of being registered as Last.fm user will be on June, 17th. What about some kind of birthday present, Last.fm staff? And I don't mean the lack of problems, of any kind.
