Everyone's entire library has vanished

I've just logged in to find that my entire Last.FM library (14 years' worth) has disappeared, as if I've never listened to anything before. Screengrab attached.

I'm really hoping this is just a glitch, as I've clicked on other users and no-one elses scrobbles are appearing either.

Can we please get an update as to when this will be fixed?

Songs have stared showing up on my Last FM page but my last 6 or 7 songs in the last 40 mins are still not showing up.

Ok guys thanks for the update. Meanwhile, my library seems to have reappered with all my scrobbles, except the one of this day, and, but i think it could be normal, Spotify is not working (to be more precise, it doesn't save the scrobbles)

As of now it seems to be in process of coming back.  Most of my tracks, except the ones played within the last two hours, are displaying on my profile.  Also my profile shows the name of the song that's currently playing, but it disappears when the song is over and doesn't add to my recent tracks.  Is anyone else having this issue right now?

Are you using Spotify? If so, i've got the same exact problem (just made all the things you need to do on Last.fm when this happens, nothing solved)

Looks like the local scrobbler I have installed is still tracking plays,
as my total scrobbles continues to go up with each song listened to:

4:45pm

6:12pm

It's also sourcing album art and highlighting artist pages in the Now Playing window,
though is is telling me on every track that "you haven't listened to this before" (untrue).

I'd wager this means nothing is permanently gone, just temporarily unavailable. Once Google gets their act together and the hosted services become available again, everything will re-populate.

My advice is to use a secondary scrobbler for Spotify just in case. I'm using Simple last.fm scrobbler on my Android and caching everything. Provided that what I'm listening to right now doesn't eventually get sent I can send those ones and not lose any scrobbles.

My library is back but for some reason I can't scrobble from AIMP. It's last.FM's problem or AIMP's?

I think it's a good advice, i don't know if i'm gonna try that right now because i haven't got too much time... anyway right now, if i close Spotify for a few minutes, i have to remade the authentication. We are a long way back to normality..

Edit: Not working at all now

Google has fully resolved their network issues, per https://status.cloud.google.com/incident/cloud-networking/19009, and user libraries appear to be stable now.  However, our engineers are now investigating a follow-up issue with new scrobbles taking a long time to be displayed on the website, which is being discussed here: https://getsatisfaction.com/lastfm/topics/cant-scrobble-r4hcctd6k9hu .  You can also follow this thread for staff updates on the problem: https://getsatisfaction.com/lastfm/topics/there-was-a-problem-loading-your-library-google-cloud-outage
