Forgotten password - I can't change it.

I was automatically logged in for a long time and I think I forgot my password. First there was no "forgot your password?" link which is there now, but it's been couple of hours already and I still have no email received...

I can't login and I also can't change my password. I know my username and password are correct, but the login fails. When I try to reset my password it also fails because "the user + email combination is not on the records". But I know I'm not entering wrong info. THIS IS A DAMN MESS.

Well, even though I haven't forgotten my username, I contacted the support to do something about my forgotten password. Hope someone will get in touch with me.

Michael, I have been told that there is a case with your username in the queue now.

So it's been more than two days and still nothing happened. I wonder how much longer do I have to wait. Getting frustrated lol.

What a poor design that a simple password reset requires an actual human to respond to it.  You are turning what should be a 1 minute process into a god knows how long process.

The same thing happened to me about a week ago, and I sent a private message to a moderator and never got a response! And it's kind of their job to help us. It's not like I had some stupid question, I just asked him to help me with privacy issues (it said that my password isn't correct, even though I didn't change it over three years) or to address me to somebody who is in charge of things like that. I don't know why I even bother...

Sorry for the delay, we've been inundated with support requests since the site beta launch.  Instructions to reset your password have been sent to your email, though we recommend checking your spam folder as there's a change it'll arrive there.
