This really doesn't fit into the topics suggested. I'll  use idea.

In the now closed discussion  https://getsatisfaction.com/lastfm/topics/-new-site-how-about, the Support Team posted:
However, we do ask that everyone makes an effort to keep discussions civil and refrain from posting disparaging remarks / venting your frustrations at other Last.fm members, as per our community guidelines. Otherwise we may be forced to take administration action against your Last.fm user account.
The first line is a  reference to:
Play nice and respect the community
We're not asking you to be choir boys and girls, but please don't abuse the Last.fm site. We're a community of many types of people, who all have the right to feel safe and comfortable using the Last.fm website. So, be polite and respectful - we trust you to be responsible and expect everyone in the community to respect that trust.
However, this is no longer included in the "Community Guidelines". (Which is now just an FAQ list.) There is also no list of moderators to send a PM to, when reporting abuse.

As to the second line, as the posters here are not linked to Last.fm accounts, this policy could lead to people being obnoxious here in order to get someone else' account suspended. (If you had a mute button on this site, that might work.)

The ideas might be:
  •  Include the information from the old site that is required to make sense of theenvironment in the new context.
  • Don't make assumptions that the users here have a correspondence to last.fm users. In particular, do not honour requests to remove last.fm accounts based on information posted here.

Agreed, although some of the points brought up are valid, a lot of people are going really overboard.

that's true. but people are going overboard because they don't get answers. their feedback previously nicely done isn't reviewed and how do you suppose then for people to act?
but yeah ofcourse some of them just take a chance to make 'spicy' feelings. if you get what I mean.

But stuff is really rude for posting that, and not posting answers on acctuall feedback and problems and reviews unsatissfaction on new version.
I just get the feeling they are using excuses to completely cut off everything and force till the end new version and ride of users who don't find it useful.

especially I am reffering to this beautiful feedback which have most of our thoughts and problems towards new version but no official answer there.

for Idea of acctually letting PC desktop users to choose if they can use old version while ths doesn't finish, no any answer and just marked as NOT PLANNED.
like wtf. this isn't community nor how some serious staff of such an serious site what was last.fm should work.
they are acctually making fun of us. so what they expect then from the crowd?
