Ignore List is not working.

If I put a user on my Ignore List, it says I "will not see their activity on the site." I recall this working fine before the main site update, but it doesn't work now.

I'd like to once again hide the activity of trolls, users who use offensive slurs, and other such nastiness, when I browse the site.

As far as I can see, the posts, etc.on last.fm are still blocked.

If you mean these getsatistifaction (GS) forums, there is no way that I see for that to happen. Even if GS allowed individual blocking (they may,I just haven't seen it), there is no way to translate last.fm usernames to GS site names.

Hmm...no, I definitely mean on Last.fm.

I use Chrome, and tried both on my current profile, made after the major site layout change, and my old inactive profile, made in 2013. Shouts from users on my Ignore List still show up on artists' pages, etc.

I can confirm that I still see shouts from ignored users on their own and other users' profiles with all browsers. Like snyde1 already mentioned, Get Satisfaction unfortunately does not have that option anyhow.

I thought I had someone blocked and today I saw their profile. I can confirm I was actually able to add the user again TWICE to my ignore list; however, they are still on the site, even recommended as my neighbor. I can also view their profile and message them. So, it literally just doesn't work at all. I would love to bump this bug up a ton, because blocking people is essential on a social media site. I don't want them to even see what I am listening to either haha.
