Images are not appearing and the player won't load (it says "loading player") - user: skymotel

images won't show and the player won't load properly.  i have a paid account - i thought that would help the issues but it did not.  i won't be renewing my subscription if this is not resolved.

same here...says play songs with amazon...paid money ..doesnt work...rip off as usual ..will consider legal action..false advertising

To clarify, we do have advertising on the website for the Amazon Music service, which looks like this:



Clicking on one of these ads takes you to this page: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/dmusic/promotions/AmazonMusicUnlimited/ where you can purchase an Amazon Music subscription or trial it. 

However, it's not possible to play music on Last.fm via Amazon Music -- this isn't a supported feature on our site, nor is it a benefit of a Last.fm subscription.  Music can only be played on Last.fm through YouTube, which is available to everyone, and Spotify, which is available to Spotify Premium members only.

Hi Kathryn, can you please tell me which browser (and version) you're using, as well as the device OS and version you're accessing the website from? 

Also, can you please tell me if you have javascript enabled on your web browser?
