there's been a few questions about this but, honestly, i've been struggling with it for close to three weeks now? i have a fresh account and a new computer with a new itunes library. i haven't scrobbled ANYTHING on my new account. i downloaded the scrobbler, linked it to my itunes and never got asked if i wanted to important my library to my account. i tried deleting and reinstalling a few times and still... nothing.

it's getting a bit frustrating, honestly. i have a TON of plays on my ipod ready to upload and i'm going to lose them soon, and keep on losing them, if i can't start using the site again.

idk. is this a problem in general or can we just not import our libraries anymore?

I have the same problem. I've tried creating a new account and reinstalling the software, but don't get asked to import from iTunes. I'm on Windows 10..
what am I doing wrong?

You aren't doing anything wrong here, this wouldn't be working as this feature hasn't made it back yet, unfortunately.

Thank you for the reply. I won't waste any more of my time:)
Do you have any idea when a solution may be available. I listen to all my music on an iPod classic, and so have a large set of plays in iTunes.

Nice to see this being acknowledged, was asking about this for ages but it was ignored. lol It needs to be made available to ALL users as well, not just for new accounts. ;)
