Is there a scrobbling offline song limit?

I have a habit of listening to music while not being connected to the wifi, and then it would all get scrobbled once my computer is online again. But lately I noticed that only 100 songs get scrobbled, while the rest stayes "cached" in my desktop scrobbler app, and nothing I do makes it show on my profile.
So I was wondering if this is some temporary glitch, or there is a 100 songs limit now or something else?

Are  these scrobbles older than 14 days, as Last.fm does not accept those?

No, they were from last night. The last time it happened before that was on the 28th of July, if it means anything.

Always exactly 100, sounds definitely like a scrobbling limit. If it isn't limited by Last.fm itself, there must be something wrong with your setup. It could be helpful to know the specifications. What are you using, the official desktop scrobbler by Last.fm? Which music player?

Yes, the official desktop scrobbler, and the music player is iTunes. I feel like maybe something got messed up with the last update, because I've been scrobbling offline for ages and never had this problem.
